Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience of minimum 8 years in Retail Banking.
- Extensive experience in retail banking, with a focus on product development and management.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing retail banking products.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- No 3rd Class will be accepted.
Responsibilities & Context:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gain deep understanding of customer experience and identifying demographic needs·
Conceptualize new product ideas with value proposition to cater the changing customer needs maintaining strict compliance to regulatory guidelines·
Prepare relevant liability Product Promotion Guide (PPGs) in close coordination with the business units/ divisions·
Design new liability product/re-design existing products with cross-selling strategies for targeted customers and get it approved from the top Management/ Board·
Manage all aspects of products life cycle and evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with approved product line strategy·
Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting to top management on product wise business tracking and profitability with target ·
Take pro-active measures through training & other means to Business Development Managers (BDM)/AROs/ colleagues in order to build awareness and understanding of the products.
