Job Context:
∎ One of the leading private commercial Banks in Bangladesh is looking for some experienced HR Professionals in the rank of Executives (FAVP/AVP) in the area of Recruitment.
∎ Head of Recruitment, Human Resources is responsible for the oversight of the recruitment efforts by leading the recruitment team to help the organization in hiring talents in an efficient and timely manner while practicing a safe recruitment process that ensures equal opportunity for all and hiring the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Manpower Planning, Supervise Bank's overall Talent Acquisition function ensuring highest level of efficiency in attracting potential talented resources from the industry.
∎ Manage a high-performing talent acquisition team at corporate office, provide guidance to the HR team in talent acquisition and directly manage end-to-end hiring processes for senior-level hires.
∎ Build an external talent pipeline by identifying a pool of potential candidates in the market for future requirements in the key role.
∎ Ensure periodic revision of recruitment guidelines and the recruitment Standard of Procedure (SOP), different forms, offer letters and agreement templates in line with the organizational needs.
∎ Ensure using appropriate assessment tools and processes for different types of hires.
∎ Ensure a positive experience for the candidates by ensuring effective communications during the recruitment.
∎ Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the Head of HR.
∎ Perform other tasks as and when assigned by the Line Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years job experience in the relevant area in reputed Banks. Minimum 05 years' experience as Head of Recruitment is expected.
∎ Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
∎ Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and accountable for responsibility.
∎ Should be result driven and be able to deliver the task within the stipulated time.
∎ Ability to handle challenges in a mature way, open style of communication and focus on problem-solving
∎ Demonstrated sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information;
∎ Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
