∎ Sound knowledge of HR and admin issues and Labor law
∎ Expertise in working with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the Training and development policies.
∎ Strong focus on learning and growth initiatives, i.e. developing Training Needs Analysis, Training Effectiveness Evaluation, and Training calendar.
∎ Assist with the recruitment process, Preparing Appointment and Offer letters, planning and managing the Learning and growth projects, and ensuring all projects are implemented according to the timelines, scope, and budget.
∎ Conduct reference checks on possible candidates & Performs background checks and degree verification on all positions.
∎ Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee separation.
∎ Responsible for various HR initiatives which include new hires, the performance review process, training & development, HRIS, payroll administration, grievance handling, maintenance records, etc.
∎ Developing proper systems for maintaining and monitoring appropriate disciplinary action procedures among staff.
∎ Ensuring a healthy workplace, meals, hygiene, and environment
∎ Monitor attendance and keep records properly.
∎ Provide employee orientation for all newly hired employees.
∎ Look after cleaning matters of office premises.
∎ Look after compliance-related tasks.
∎ Look after overall administrative-related tasks.
∎ Job Context: This position requires general experience in HR, Admin & Compliance at RMG Sector.
