∎ The candidates must have Minimum 3 years’ experience in Compliance Unit of ICC Division of any Bank
∎ Adequate knowledge in different areas of banking and credit operations
∎ Must have computer literacy and able to work independently operating core banking software.
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of different regulatory issues.
∎ Multi-tasking ability and manage the workload.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive Audit and Inspection Reports from the Branches’ Audit and Inspection Unit and Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Ensure timely compliance of Bangladesh Bank, Internal and external audit reports in Branches/Divisions/Outlets of the Bank.
∎ Review the compliance reports after receiving from the Branches/Divisions /Outlets and prepare summery sheets on compliant and non-compliant issues for onward submission before the Board Audit Committee meeting.
∎ Correspondence with the Branches/Divisions/Outlets for follow up and monitoring compliance performances.
∎ Prepare and submit compliance reports to Bangladesh Bank timely
