Garment Sector: Denim Bottom (Woven), Production Management, Quality Control Audit, Quality Control Management, Quality Inspection, Quality Management System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire quality matters of denim, chino pant, woven & all kinds of bottom & jacket garments in the total project.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer's quality standard.
∎ Follow up ensure production quality from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Maintain AQL standard in all level of production process and ensure to maintain continuous development of quality department.
∎ Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer requirement & capable to handle buying house regarding quality.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
∎ Reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues.
∎ Fabric receiving record, inspection, shade, gsm, blanked/mat, shrinkage report check.
∎ Side set making time information, before wash and after wash meas & report, pattern correction
∎ Coordinate with buyer & merchant.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ FCCA and GMP Audit experience will be 100% preferable for getting the job.
∎ Must have experience in quality management of 34 Line Oven Bottom Pants Factory.
∎ Expert in facing various Technical Audits & communication with the different buyers with CAP.
