Role Description:

We are seeking a HEAD OF QUALITY DEPARTMENT - Planning, Production, and Quality for a full-time, on-site role in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The role involves overseeing the planning and production processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery. The manager will implement and monitor quality control systems, collaborate cross-functionally to meet production goals, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Additional responsibilities include providing leadership to the production team and identifying continuous improvement opportunities to optimize workflows and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.

• Experience in implementing quality control measures and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous process improvements.

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate across departments.

• Familiarity with textile industries and a solid understanding of menswear and kidswear production.

• Bachelor’s degree in textile engineering, production management, or a related field is preferred.

• Prior experience in a managerial role within the garment manufacturing or apparel industry will be an added advantage.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Preferred candidates who have working experience in buying office with European buyers.
