Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Degree on chemistry / applied chemistry and Food technology will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ look after the quality of the entire manufacturing process including incoming, on process & finished goods.
∎ Validate quality processes & procudures by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Maintain and improve product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, Compliance and Technical Support.
∎ Conduct audits and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Develop and maintain quality assurance objectives and coordinate objectives with the production procedures in cooperation with the production department.
∎ Develop and analyse statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
∎ Discuss inspection findings with respective production, IE & QA Team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Report any deviation in QA System to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill, should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL Levels and other prevailing international standards, strong technical knowledge in quality system
