Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A Head of Quality (AGM/DGM) for Outerwear Products, specializing in padded, down, quilting, seam-sealed, and CWS jackets, is a senior-level position responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle. This role is critical in maintaining brand reputation, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Quality Strategy: Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
∎ Quality Assurance: Overseeing all quality assurance processes, including incoming raw material inspection, in-process quality control, and final product inspection.
∎ Quality Control: Leading the quality control team in conducting rigorous testing and inspections to identify and rectify defects.
∎ Defect Analysis: Analyzing defect data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
∎ Supplier Quality Management: Managing supplier performance and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and certifications
∎ Quality Systems: Implementing and maintaining quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, to ensure consistent quality performance.
