• This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented leader with strong organizational skills to maintain compliance standards at each stage of production and ensure quality assurance across the board.

• Pharma Quality is Preferred.

• Must know Advance Excel-like expert in pivot table, PPT.

We are seeking a professional with experience in a Plastic Manufacturing Company who also has practical expertise in handling ISO audits. A background in quality assurance from a reputable pharmaceutical industry will be preferred. The factory location is near Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Leadership:
  • Lead a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and direction.
• Production and Quality Management:
  • Prepare the Production Input Condition Analysis Table and take necessary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP by monitoring the storage of materials.
  • Monitor the testing of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
  • Evaluate non-compliance observed during the process and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities.
• Audit and Compliance:
  • Handle ISO audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Organize internal ISO audits as per schedule and send audit reports to the concerned office.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of the questionnaire and necessary documentation for vendor, regulatory, and other audits.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions against audit findings.
  • Monitor audit and compliance activities, including OPs and SOPs related to product quality.
• Review and Monitoring:
  • Review specifications and standards for incoming materials, finished products, and packaging materials.
  • Monitor the maintenance of documentation for audits and other quality assurance documents.
  • Ensure calibration of equipment for QA and Production.
  • Monitor the job descriptions and activities of each employee in the QA department.
• Validation and Certification:
  • Conduct equipment and machine validation.
  • Issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) for product quality assurance.
