1. Property Operations Leadership
Oversee day-to-day operations across serviced apartments, corporate housing, and managed rentals.
Ensure SLAs are met for cleanliness, maintenance, utilities, safety, compliance, and readiness.
Standardize SOPs and checklists for onboarding, inspections, turnovers, move-ins, and move-outs.
Lead a field team for property checks, handovers, furnishing coordination, and vendor supervision.
2. Tenant & Landlord Experience Management
Own all service touchpoints across pre-stay, stay, and post-stay journeys.
Build a high-trust, transparent communication culture with tenants and landlords.
Manage escalations, conflict resolution, service recoveries, and critical incidents.
Drive strong NPS scores through empathy, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving.
3. Vendor & Maintenance Ecosystem
Build and manage vendor networks: housekeeping, cleaning, repairs, furnishing, electrical, plumbing.
Implement SLA-driven performance tracking for all service partners.
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and emergency response processes.
4. Operational Standards & Service Quality
Maintain brand experience standards across all units: readiness, hospitality touchpoints, inspection quality.
Create audit frameworks for cleanliness, safety, amenities, and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety norms, and contract requirements.
5. Digital Services, Brokering & Platform Enablement
Support digital brokering workflows by ensuring property data, unit details, availability calendars, inspection statuses, and tenant updates are accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to refine operational features such as maintenance ticketing, digital contracts, dashboards, unit readiness trackers, and landlord/tenant communication tools.
Provide operational insights to help design or improve digital features—booking flows, listing verification processes, service automation, AI matching criteria, and digital check-in/out.
Enable marketplace quality by ensuring verified properties meet required standards for listing, photography, documentation, and readiness.
Act as the operational bridge between offline operations and the digital ecosystem, ensuring that real-world service delivery matches the digital promises made on the platform.
