• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or hotel projects.
• Proven experience in double-basement construction, high-rise structural design, and complex project approvals.
• Strong understanding of BNBC, ACI codes, and regulatory procedures for project approvals.
• Hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, MS Project, BOQ preparation, cost control, and construction supervision.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Job LocationDhaka (Head Office)Frequent visits to project sites in Dhaka, Comilla, Chattogram and Cox’s Bazar are required.

To strengthen its technical leadership team and ensure world-class project execution, Intraco Properties Limited is seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Head of Projects to lead its construction and development portfolio.

Position Overview

The Head of Projects will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the execution of all ongoing and upcoming development projects of the company. The role demands proven leadership in project management, quality control, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance, along with strong coordination skills with architects, consultants, and government agencies for approvals and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of high-rise commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.

• Supervise architectural, structural, and MEP design coordination, ensuring compliance with project objectives, BNBC, and international standards.

• Manage BOQ preparation, cost estimation, budgeting, and project scheduling (MS Project/Primavera preferred).

• Liaise effectively with RAJUK, CDA, CoxDA, and other regulatory authorities for design, NOC, and construction approvals.

• Oversee contractor performance, procurement, and milestone-based progress billing to ensure financial discipline.

• Implement and monitor site safety, quality control, and progress tracking across all project locations.

• Provide strategic direction to project engineers, supervisors, and multi-disciplinary site teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Managing Director (MD) on project progress, timelines, and cost management.
