∎ At least 12 year(s)

Knit garments, Production Management

Job Context:
∎ Must have leadership skill and team work ability.
∎ Must have Analytical skill.
∎ Be able to handle Production Plan efficiently & professionally
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the entire garment production team.
∎ Look After Cost vs Production
∎ Look After Man Machine ratio balancing
∎ Get production done on time with optimum productivity
∎ Must produce right quality garments
∎ WIP control and line balancing
∎ Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost/pieces) and plan for continuous improvement
∎ Product risk Assessment before production.
∎ Proper Planning to avoid overtime work
∎ Tracking production and preparing production report
∎ Giving instructions to Line Chief, Supervisor and operators
∎ Operator/stuff performance check
∎ Educating Operator/stuff being disciplined
∎ Meeting target production output and target cost
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Must have the experience of minimum 120,000 pieces garment production per day
∎ Industrial Production & Management (Apparel Industry)
