Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient production processes with a focus on maximizing output and optimizing quality.
∎ Create and execute a comprehensive production plan that ensures timely delivery of products within the designated time frame.
∎ Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to minimize non-productive time and streamline operations.
∎ Monitor hourly production activities, ensuring adherence to the correct methodologies to achieve desired production output levels.
∎ Lead and promote safety, quality, and compliance initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Continuously monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing measures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
∎ Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of product risks, critical operations, and quality issues, proactively addressing them before production.
∎ Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to maximize productivity and minimize wastage.
∎ Drive initiatives for waste reduction through effective operator training and continuous improvement of work processes.
∎ Handle market complaints promptly and effectively, implementing appropriate corrective actions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare detailed daily reports on production performance, highlighting key metrics and providing insights to senior management.
∎ Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by the management in a timely and efficient manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ In-depth knowledge and understanding of faucets manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, finishing, and quality control
∎ Proficiency in production planning and scheduling techniques to optimize resource allocation and achieve production targets
∎ Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality management systems, and compliance regulations applicable to manufacturing operations
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve production-related issues effectively
