Job Context:
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrate high coordination and negotiations skills
∎ Knowledge of statistical methods required.
∎ Demonstrated ability to produce analytical donor reports.
∎ Possess high understanding of programme operations including procurement and field realities
∎ Experience with the operations of INGOs, multilaterals, CSOs, CSAs, and donor partners.
∎ Strong grounding in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
∎ Adaptive, Adoptive, Innovative, Frugal, Improvise and has the competency to communicate clearly and efficiently under pressure.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla written and verbal, including public speaking.
∎ Minimum 8 years experience in an environment of pool fund preferably with INGOs • Must have experience in building partnership, project management, capacity-building programmes, leading programme monitoring, evaluating, learning and periodic donor reporting.
