Educational Requirements:
∎ A bachelor degree in Textiles Engineering from BUTEX or Renowned Government Universities
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the overall knit fabric production of a highly sophisticated factory
∎ Guide a team of professionals towards reaching production goal and quality set by the company
∎ Ensure smooth execution of knit fabric production in the factory as per the buyers 'specifications and meet the shipment schedule
∎ Estimate machine requirements, working hour, working day and manpower as per fabric category & quantity
∎ Take the ownership to achieve the goal and accomplishing the job target
∎ Make production plans on regular basis
∎ Provide guidance to execute the plans and reach the target set by the company
∎ Work closely with Quality Assurance department to ensure the required standard of the fabric
∎ The person will oversee and responsible for the entire manufacturing of operations of the plant (Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Flat Knitting, R & D, QA, Planning etc)
∎ Responsible for optimal production per day
∎ Minimizing the production time and cost
∎ Ensure profitability & Achieve company’s goals
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 20 years of experience in Composite Mills, out of which 10 years of experience as a Head of Composite Knitting factory producing more than 25 tons of Knit fabrics per day.
