Head of Planning at Standard MH Group, based at the Business Operations Hub in TIC and reporting directly to the CEO, serves as the central link between buyer demand and production execution across 7 woven factories and 2 washing plants. The role translates requirements from renowned European and US brands into factory- and line-level production plans that balance capacity, optimize resources, and ensure timely fulfillment. Close coordination with Plant Heads and Key Account Managers (KAMs) is essential to align schedules, validate capacities, and resolve delivery challenges. While centrally based, the role requires regular presence in factories to monitor execution and guide planning teams.
Principal Accountabilities:

2. Align and integrate factory-level planning activities with the corporate planning framework to achieve uniformity, efficiency, and consistency in order execution.
3. Monitor and adjust production schedules across factories and washing plants to ensure timely fulfillment of buyer orders and shipment commitments.
4. Coordinate and validate buyer demand with available capacity to maximize utilization and minimize idle time or bottlenecks.
5. Collaborate and synchronize with merchandising, production, and quality teams to ensure planned orders are executable and aligned with buyer expectations.
6. Track and report on production progress against plans to enable management visibility and proactive decision-making.
7. Anticipate and resolve planning conflicts, capacity mismatches, or delays to safeguard on-time delivery performance and protect buyer relationships.
