• Housekeeping operations in large manufacturing / garment / industrial environments

• Cleaning chemicals, equipment, and modern housekeeping methods

• Health, hygiene, and workplace safety standards

• Local labor laws, compliance, and buyer audit requirements

• Vendor and contract management

• Budgeting and cost control principles

• Develop, implement, and maintain group-wide housekeeping policies, SOPs, and standards to ensure uniform cleanliness and hygiene across all units.

• Oversee and control all housekeeping operations of factories, corporate offices, and other facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.

• Plan, deploy, and optimize housekeeping manpower across the group to ensure efficiency, discipline, and cost effectiveness.

• Supervise, guide, and evaluate unit housekeeping in-charges and supervisors to ensure performance, compliance, and service quality.

• Manage and monitor third-party housekeeping vendors and service providers to ensure SLA adherence and service standards.

• Ensure full compliance with labor law, health, hygiene, fire safety, and buyer compliance requirements related to housekeeping.

• Support and coordinate internal, buyer, and third-party audits and ensure timely closure of housekeeping-related observations.

• Prepare, control, and monitor the housekeeping budget, consumables, chemicals, and equipment to minimize wastage and control costs.

• Arrange regular training and awareness programs for housekeeping staff to improve skills, safety, and hygiene practices.

• Monitor housekeeping KPIs, conduct regular inspections, prepare MIS reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
