Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ In addition, IE knowledge is required.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ie and planning, Planning and execution, Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating customers purchase orders to create suitable production schedules to obtain customer KPIs.
∎ End-to-end planning, involves estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production.
∎ Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to avoid delays in production.
∎ Coordinating production operations in accordance with spinning, knitting, dying, garments, labor, and equipment availability.
∎ Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs and process losses as well as improve production and product quality.
∎ Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
∎ Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
∎ Knowledge in production lines and modular unit planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 10 years Proven experience working as a production planner.
∎ Minimum 05 years experience as Head of planning in circular knit manufacturing group in a similar capacity.
Salary: Negotiable
