Job Context:
∎ One of the leading private commercial Banks in Bangladesh is looking for some experienced HR Professionals in the rank of Executives (FAVP/AVP) in the area of Organizational Development.
∎ Head of organizational development, Human Resources is responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members, particularly executives and emerging leaders. Moreover, the individual should also act as liaison and advisor to the organization`s leadership and facilitating initiatives across the Bank.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design strategy for organizational development in line with Bank's short and long term goals
∎ Develop methods of measuring whether performance management is aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Assist Head of HR to develop strategy in Performance Management and develop & integrate Competency Model for the various positions of the organization.
∎ Identify the areas where new policies & procedures need to be introduced and recommend suggestions to the Head of HR accordingly.
∎ Conduct salary survey as per directive of the concerned authority and submit the report accordingly.
∎ Develop & Design SMART KPI in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
∎ Ensure performance driven culture through evaluating performance against KPI/BSC.
∎ Arrange workshops with different divisional heads/ branch managers in order to implement the updated KPI process effectively.
∎ Assist to Head of HR in new innovation/changes, employee engagement and other strategic requirements
∎ Ensure creating future leader and successor i.e. to create first tire, second tire & third tire management
∎ Leads the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals.
∎ Conduct exit interview of resigned employees and submit report regarding the reason behind leaving the job and suggest management the appropriate ways to address the reasons for retention of potential and deserving employees with the Bank to minimize the employee turnover rate.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years job experience in the relevant area in reputed Banks. Minimum 05 years' experience as Head of Organizational Development is expected.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
∎ Excellent presentation and facilitator skills.
∎ Excellent leadership skills.
∎ Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and accountable for responsibility.
∎ Should be result driven and be able to deliver the task within the stipulated time.
