∎ Objectives: We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is a change savvy and flexible in approach and ways of working, willing to take up the role of leading all organizational development consulting assignments for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading and managing organizational cultural and behavioral change programs in client organizations.
∎ Reviewing, developing & implementing HR and OD system processes in line with client organizational needs.
∎ Ensuring client organization is equipped with effective HR & OD mechanism incorporating local and international best practices.
∎ Design and implement compensation and benefit architecture for client organizations based on Salary Survey & market analysis.
∎ Guiding client organizations to comply with latest developments in Bangladesh Labour Law & Act.
∎ Develop KPI based performance appraisal system
∎ Formulate and implement a framework of succession planning, career mapping for client organization.
∎ Develop rightsizing strategy for organizations, redesign organizational structure based on future business needs.
∎ Prepare job description and job specifications benchmarking with the competitor/Industry.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience and track record of consistent personal achievement at both strategic human resource management & organizational development.
∎ Must possess excellent knowledge on contemporary and technology-based HR.
∎ Must have good market network across the industry
∎ Skills:
∎ Must have excellent skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Must have excellent coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Able to lead a team of young HR professionals
∎ Languages: Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and Bangla with Presentation skills.
