Job Context:
∎ One of the leading private commercial Banks in Bangladesh is looking for some experienced HR Professionals in the rank of Executives (FAVP/AVP) in the area of HR Operations.
∎ Head of Operations, Human Resources is responsible for overall supervision of operational activities of Human Resources Division, maintenance of smooth operating procedures. He will also ensure that the division operates efficiently and aligns with the business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for activities of HR Operations including compensation & benefits, employee relation & compliance / disciplinary issues, transfer/posting, employee separation, service confirmation, leave management etc.
∎ Provide organizational leadership to the development and implementation of SOPs across all key operational areas.
∎ Prepare annual budgets for the department.
∎ To ensure right resources at the right place through effective transfer and posting.
∎ Ensure competitive compensation and benefit packages against the industry.
∎ Ensure HR compliance in alignment with approved service rules and other regulatory bodies including Bangladesh Labor Act, where applicable, for all operational jobs and facilitate disciplinary proceedings.
∎ Supervise the administrative jobs of employee separation including resignation, dismissal and termination as per policy and compliance.
∎ Ensure leave administration in alignment with the regulatory body.
∎ Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
∎ Oversee payroll and performance evaluation systems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ inimum 8 years job experience in the relevant area in reputed Banks. Minimum 05 years' experience as Head of HR Operations is expected.
∎ Sound understanding of employment and labor laws.
∎ Ability to design and implement fair and clean company policies.
∎ Excellent decision-making and analytical skills.
∎ Exceptional ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks.
∎ Ability to demonstrate leadership skills.
∎ Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
