Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure Daily Operational & Procurement Control
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts
Ensure quality assurance and monitor production KPIs
Drive for Revenue Maximization, Cost minimizing, Budgetary Controls
Lead supply chain team to ensure purchase of materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Daily/ Monthly briefing sessions with reporteee- on activity status/key issues of concerns/ addressing & resolving concerns
