Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement policy, process, and guidelines to ensure compliance of Branch operations with regulatory requirements and service standards
∎ Effectively communicate directives and ensure timely adherence to compliance requirements across all branches.
∎ Strategically plan and oversee branch expansion initiatives to support organizational growth and market presence.
∎ Establish the Schedule of Charges transparently, secure Board approval, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
∎ Oversee the security and integrity of Alternative Delivery Channels (ADCs) and Card Operations to ensure safe and reliable services.
∎ Optimize the efficiency and accuracy of Central Clearing operations to ensure smooth and error-free processing.
∎ Supervise Agent Banking operations to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high service quality standards.
∎ Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of customer service and operational integrity.
∎ Oversee project management initiatives and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
∎ Promote and drive the adoption of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
∎ Offer training and development programs to enhance staff skills and foster professional growth.
∎ Develop performance metrics and deliver regular reports to Management to track progress and operational effectiveness.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regulators, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and support.
∎ Ensure timely and error-free submission of Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory reports, letters, and statements related to banking operations
