Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Vision: Develop, refine, and execute our company's strategic plans, both short-term and long-term. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, market trends, competitive landscapes, and recommend actions to achieve our business objectives.
∎ Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and implement best practices to enhance our overall performance in our Bangladesh Operation.
∎ Budget Management: Manage and optimize the budget for operations and strategy, ensuring responsible resource allocation to support growth initiatives.
∎ Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Department Heads, including marketing, finance, and HR at Finco Trading in Colombo, Sri Lanka, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution. Also, liaising effectively with our Principals in Germany.
∎ Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team at Finco Holdings in Bangladesh. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, to achieve the desired results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ A minimum of 15 years Management experience out of which 5 years should be in Senior/Corporate Management level.
∎ Multinational experience is a mandatory requirement.
∎ Degree or equivalent Professional Qualification in Marketing or Business Administration
∎ PG Diploma or MBA in Financial Administration from a well-recognized Professional Institute or University
∎ Regional or International Professional Recognition in Marketing will be a definite advantage (Chartered Marketer, Certified Professional Marketer etc.)
∎ Age: Minimum 40 years or above
∎ Excellent Communication skills in English is mandatory
∎ Expats who have experiences in Bangladesh are also encouraged to apply
