Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/He should work to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with our organization's strategic goals
∎ Tends to focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals
∎ Evaluate Existing Business Processes by breaking down various business processes with flowcharts, manuals and other documentation outlining current practices
∎ Get the big picture by assembling this data and studying ways to make improvements to one or many steps to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve time management or make needed changes to other aspects of the process
∎ Ensuring daily task management of all the human resources within the organisation through designing and implementation of workflows creating independencies between jobs and departments for optimal productivity
∎ Create Documentation Outlining Process Improvements by writing documents that explain changes and how to implement those
∎ Develops strategic collaborations that create alignment and fostering collaboration across functional, departmental and operational areas
∎ Consults with leaders to pursue optimal productivity levels and continuous performance improvement throughout the organizational ecosystem by the management of benchmarking processes and identifying the best alignment to the organizational strategy, while maintaining an eye on workforce and deliverable targets
∎ Serves as a change agent and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, HR leaders, in identifying priority areas, developing goals, planning improvement, and measuring effectiveness
∎ Identifies new and existing technologies and best practices to support and achieve the organization's performance optimization vision
∎ Helps leaders to provide education, resources, and data analytics; identify, support and publish sustainable best practices; and collaborate with a variety of departments to ensure understanding and application of available tools
∎ Establish clear, measurable goals and establish priorities and processes to support
∎ In partnership with the Office of CEO, articulate employee goal-setting philosophy, contributing to operational management excellence
∎ Developing organization's continuous improvement roadmap and culture
∎ Manage insights framework and provide valuable intelligence to stakeholders on how to improve processes, cycle times, accuracy and customer experience
∎ Identify automation and analytics projects and work with support teams to execute them
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10+ years' combined experience in Project Management, Process Development, Sales, Sales Operations, with 5 years of leadership experience selling business solutions to individuals and corporate customers with a focus on Data & Analytics in a dynamic and highly competitive environment
