Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Qualified ACA or FCA

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing overall guidance and oversight to Financial Management of the entire group
∎ Designing business plans/strategies for maximizing revenue, profitability and liquidity
∎ Providing leadership, direction and management of the accounting team
∎ Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line of regulations
∎ Preparing strategic financial management plan
∎ Cost benefit analysis of each activity in business processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum cost
∎ Reviewing and monitoring financial compliance, carry out financial audits under GAAP & IFRS
∎ Advising on Tax and VAT planning
∎ Develop and update the internal operational policy and procedures, implement the internal control procedures
∎ Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ 10 to 15 Years Post Qualification Experience
∎ Conversant with Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost and Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing and Profitability Analysis and Reporting
∎ Well conversant with Fund Raising and Fund Management, Financing Structures and Funding Mechanisms
∎ Experienced with arranging Project Finance for various projects as well as Expansions
∎ Candidate must be very well versed in dealing with Banks and Financial Institutions
∎ Candidate should be smart and articulate with good communication and presentation skill
∎ Experience in Group of Company is must
