Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in creating a marketing strategy that links to business and brand strategy, implementing marketing strategy, and ensuring ongoing brand management
∎ S/he needs both the marketing acumen and product savviness to have a real taste for what makes a great product and what makes a mediocre product
∎ Assisting company's digital transformation and challenge/optimize existing go-to-market strategies and internal processes
∎ S/he must have a real sense of product DNA and ethos, a skill that traditionally considered as a technical skill in most of the companies
∎ Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
∎ Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
∎ Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
∎ Assist in telling rich stories that speak to consumers by traditional marketing strategy as well as use technological and data expertise, along with the business acumen
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have had at least 8-10 years of working experience in the field of strategic brand development with a minimum of 2 to 3 years working experience in a multinational company.
