Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master of Science in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the industry's best engineering practices and processes
∎ Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders (engineers/architects) to ensure an accurate budget and timeframe in which project can be created
∎ Oversee the construction of each project and coordinate the building, delivery of supplies, placement of workforce, hiring of contractors
∎ Ensure each project is completed within in time and set cost and meets all local codes and regulations.
∎ Review the project plans and specifications also provide analysis on the building design, schedule, possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems
∎ Communicate the project objectives and delegate tasks to the team members
∎ Organize smooth project coordination, find out variances of deadlines, root causes of variances and report findings
∎ Monitor the safety measures at site, Project merchandising & branding, work force Productivity (Profit/loss) and materials inventory control
∎ Prepare Weekly, Monthly reports of projects and share it to the management
∎ Having knowledge on different authority permission as well as the approval process
∎ Maintain and enforce good construction standards
∎ Schedule and perform quality control checks
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s) in Real Estate Development Sector
∎ In-depth understanding of common construction techniques and material and project management principles. Familiarity with construction/ project management software (e.g. Microsoft Projects/Primavera)
∎ Must be a clear, concise communicator and negotiation skills
∎ Must be able to effectively and efficiently multitask
∎ Must possess a natural leader who is able to motivate those working under them
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office
