Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC & HSC: CGPA 5 and relevant subjects of Mathematics & Higher Mathematics is mandatory
∎ Degree: Bachelor's / MBA in Business Studies
∎ CGPA: Above 3
∎ Education Institution: Local public and top universities or foreign universities
∎ Accounting degree preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in strategic planning and set and advocate for internal and external goals
∎ Define, track, and communicate metrics around new initiatives, comparing to previous outcomes (when applicable)
∎ Assist in managing strategic planning team daily and organization-wide strategy meetings
∎ Support the Head of Strategic planning to identify and communicate risks and opportunities and generate plans to address each
∎ Assist in developing, analyze, and communicate business models to guide business decisions, promoting data-driven strategic change
∎ In close collaboration with the Head of Strategic planning, develop long-term and short-term solutions to financial problems and issues with operational functions within the company
∎ Assist in designing, developing and deploying technology (ERP) and consistent processes in support of the financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes
∎ Assist / Manage other Analysts and Systems Integrators
∎ Assist in driving efficiency in FP&A processes by automating manual tasks and processes within all departments through best practices with forecasting and planning processes
∎ Assist in generating Customer Profitability reporting and system to drive better decision making about achieving pricing excellence
∎ Customer Tracking reporting and system for record of reference of customer database for sales and marketing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be able to work with complex data sets and spreadsheets to assess business needs and development
∎ Must also have an excellent understanding of financial planning and financial statements
∎ Candidate must have team-building skills for special projects he may lead
∎ Must be able to produce plans for new business development
∎ Should be able to update existing business plans to improve their efficacy
∎ He will generally work full time in an office setting, although overtime he may be required to accommodate the market visits for gathering necessary business intelligence and validation of data
∎ Minimum 5+ years of experience in a financial planning & analysis role with exposure to related systems and tools
∎ Experience with Planning, Development and Administration skills.
∎ Working knowledge of financial ERP's and other financial systems to drive execution of forecasting and planning processes:
∎ Strong knowledge of FP&A processes from reputed corporate organizations
∎ Project management capability
∎ Ability to manage and motivate a team
∎ Compatible with advanced excel
