∎ Graduation from reputed institutes (both local and foreign)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
∎ Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
∎ Typing, preparing and collating reports
∎ Maintaining proper filing system and update the filing system for incoming and outgoing letters, faxes, and e-mails on a daily basis
∎ Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
∎ Managing databases
∎ Prioritizing workloads
∎ Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
∎ Liaising with relevant departments, organizations and clients
∎ Logging or processing bills or expenses
∎ Ensure arrangements for guests including their receiving, entertainment, protocols, and overall hospitality
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 to 2 year work experience will get preference
∎ Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
∎ Team-work skills
∎ Time management skills
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Negotiation skills
∎ Assertiveness
∎ Tact, discrete and diplomatic
∎ Proactive and Productive: to see what needs doing and to do it
