Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing the works manager with input for the development of the detailed project plan.
∎ Ensuring that dredging activities are executed as per project plan manages cost efficiently dredging activities and provide works manager on a weekly basis with financial reports.
∎ Providing weekly report to the works Manager on milestones, work/ done, progress, budget, issues and planning. Delegate's specific responsibilities to dredge supervisor and Sr. dredge masters(s) and analyses their daily reports.
∎ Assesses performance and suggest efficiency improvement activities.
∎ Manages and updates project documentation on site and provide works manager with accurate and up to date information.
∎ Cooperates constructively, efficiently and effectively with Technical, QA/HSE and Estimation & Operational departments.
∎ Providing works Manager with input and advice on staffing needs following human resource procedures and processes.
∎ Handling overall tender preparation and submitting related issues.
∎ Prepare planning of work proper progresses of the projects, monitoring the project progresses and taking action plans depending upon the needs.
∎ Find out ways for cost minimization and cost-efficient material as well as work methods.
∎ Make sure the company’s policy, plan, objective and procedures understood.
∎ Report to the top management on performance of project works progress, management system etc.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ ELLICOT (USA) dredging engine experienced preferable
∎ Minimum 15 years relevant experience as a Head of Operation in any dredging company
∎ Leadership Quality and experience of work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills and convincing personality.
∎ Strong skills of identifying opportunities and turn the same into reality.
∎ Ability and willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Highly motivated with good time management skills.
∎ Energetic, hardworking and flexible.
∎ Good over computer skills: MS office, E-mail, Internet browsing, Report writing, Power point presentation etc.
