Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead Construction, Electrical, Quality, Contract Management, ets Departments for synergy and efficiency.
- Oversee all construction activities across projects.
- Ensure timely completion, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to designs.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Ensure safety, sustainability, and efficiency in all designs and executions.
- Approve electrical designs, load calculations, and regulatory compliance.
- Enforce strict quality control standards across projects.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure benchmark workmanship.
- Mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and Quality Control teams.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and develop team capabilities.
- Prepare and control budgets, forecasts, and cost measures efficiently.
- Drive digital adoption (ERP, monitoring tools) and promote safety culture.
