Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Food Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Chemistry
∎ M. Sc in food engineering/technology, applied chemistry, chemistry will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualizing, Planning, Implementing, Erection and Commissioning of the food projects.
∎ Preparing necessary SOP, Manuals & process instructions for production, quality assurance, distribution, etc.
∎ Estimating Project worth, financial budget and finalizing the product category.
∎ Studying and planning projects' feasibility and assisting in sourcing machinery.
∎ Developing talent requirement plan and selecting KPI for core team members.
∎ Finalizing the lay out production floor & utility building and supervising the Installation & Commission of Machinery.
∎ Planning of Production, Operation & Distribution based on present market demand / trend and considering products category.
∎ Monitoring the stock of raw materials & shelf life to reduce the wastage of materials & overall holding cost.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in food industry will be preferred.
∎ Competent in factory operation (Machine, Human, Process, Distribution, Raw material, Packaging Material, Product Development),
∎ Should be able to implement processes and improving techniques on the production, strategic approach in the business development and investment process.
Salary: Negotiable
