∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ERP Systems, Software Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
∎ The ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges
∎ The ability to make decisions around things such as requirement prioritization, scope, assessing the viability of solutions, etc.
∎ Requirement gathering is a key part of the role so the ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received is essential.
∎ Direct a comprehensive software strategy through conception, design, delivery, continuous improvement, and end-of-life as appropriate.
∎ Develop and establish operating policies and procedures to ensure the adequate implementation of corporate information technology.
∎ Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
∎ Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
∎ Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
∎ Supervise Team with clear future goal.
∎ Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan.
∎ Implement initiatives and processes to ensure that all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities, and overall goals.
∎ Serve as a resource for other team members, based on a strong working knowledge of the team's responsibilities and goals.
∎ Manage escalated issues and provide direction.
∎ Function as a consultant and business partner to other organizations within the group.
∎ Participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments, and collaboration opportunities with other business units.

∎ Certification in Project Management is preferable
