Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in EEE/ CSE / ETE or a related field.
∎ Masters degree in related field will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, manage, monitor and lead the entire MEP Design team for the Project.
∎ Provide clear, effective, and timely communication of design direction and changes to internal designers and external consultants. Identifies exceptions, proposes, and implements design solutions.
∎ Oversee the research and advise on the best M&E design & construction solution to meet with a client's needs and budget. Organizing and managing the discussion on design and construction of issues with clients and other involved in the project, including engineers and planners.
∎ Ensure that completed works meets specifications, safety standards and comply with regulations. Directing the analysis of risks associated with natural disasters and design of systems and services to meet appropriate standards.
∎ Must work diligently to gain knowledge and experience to execute the role to its full potential. Manage all aspects with client, consultant, sub-contractors & internal engineering and design departments.
∎ Certifications in related fields considered advantageous
∎ Strong working knowledge Of Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP
∎ Development of PLC & SCADA system design and options from customer requirements.
∎ Establish and manage the work of outside vendors including review of all service reports for accuracy in accordance with current SOPs and Good Documentation Practices.
∎ Perform new asset onboarding and commissioning.
∎ Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

∎ Oversee day-to-day operation
∎ Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have working knowledge of CAD standards, PC application software and drafting/engineering
∎ practices and methods.
∎ Knowledge of REVIT (MEP) will get preference.
∎ Knowledge of BMS, MEP & Construction is required.
∎ Minimum 10 years Of relevant experience.
∎ Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, current version of Auto CAD, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Office is required.
∎ Candidate should be proactive, target oriented and can-do attitude.
∎ Education could be relaxed for professional experienced candidate.
∎ Given advantage who worked in abroad.
∎ Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
∎ In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills
∎ Organizational and time-management skills
∎ Decision-making skills
∎ Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Finally selected candidates must give a Training & Development Bond for serving the Ezzy Group for a minimum period of 3 (three) years after completion of his 6-months' probation period. Nominated mentors will guide them, coach them and train them on the job to shape up their competence & operational expertise; knowledge and behavioral competences to enable them take up the substantive job as the "Head of MEP Design" within a regular pay scale on successful completion of the traineeship period.
