∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/Science Graduate.
∎ Education qualifications are relax able in highly experienced person.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and control all production process in Screen Print section.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ Timely production completion and shipment delivery in compliance with customer standards..
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
∎ To play leading role to execute Screen Print marketing related activities.
∎ Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
∎ Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products.
∎ Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products.
∎ Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
∎ Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
∎ Responsible for pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy.
