Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
All over printing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and control all production process in AOP section.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ Production Planning, Target Fixation, Hourly Monitoring etc.
∎ Timely production completion and shipment delivery in compliance with customer standards.
∎ Controlling production cost as per company policy.
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
∎ Collaborating with quality control to establish and execute quality control processes.
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
∎ Motivating the team members to continually achieve factory targets.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
∎ To play leading role to execute All Over Print (AOP) marketing related activities.
∎ To fix target and to ensure target wise order receiving (To increase new buyer's order.)
∎ Develop new business & promote products.
∎ Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
∎ Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products.
∎ Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products.
∎ Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
∎ Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
∎ Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports.
∎ Responsible for pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy.
∎ Knowledge to Reactive print,Discharge Print,Pigment Print,Burn Out Print,Gllitter Print & Disparse on Polyester.

∎ Proficiency in management systems.
∎ Administration skills.
∎ Sound interpersonal skills.
