Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Masters/BBA/MBA
∎ Major in Agriculture/Business/Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan in coordination with Business Head
∎ Ensure primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives
∎ Develop credit recovery strategy and monitor credit recovery from trade
∎ Develop dealers’ performance rating system and coordinate periodical coordination meetings with trading stakeholders
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies
∎ Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
∎ Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
∎ Perform, research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
∎ Represent company in internal and external platforms as per organizational requirement
∎ Prepare product plan and marketing tactics of respective portfolio aiming to enhance business of portfolio and build stronger brand compliant to company’s strategic goal
∎ Communicate to principals, propose purchase of product based on future demand or competitors’ variety
∎ Formulate price structure analyzing different cost elements and profit objective, and provide input to sales force to increase the market share
∎ Plan and implement yearly promotional activities of all the portfolios both differently and aggregately to help build brand image and increase sales
∎ Handle the promotional mix for all brands mainly from developing concept to implementation at all task areas relevant to brand image building
∎ Manage vendors and design for all kinds of promotional and printing materials and ensure distribution at different stakeholders
∎ Develop concept for different packets, new promotional campaign materials analyzing customer and end-user driving and driven need
∎ Develop brand guideline for a given period which will be reflected in all promotional mix
∎ Preserve market trend information, photo of products, case study and other marketing collaterals
