Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ BBA/ Industrial engineer/ Textile Engineer/ Graduation/ Masters from National University with excellent academic background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
International Marketing, Marchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision & Monitoring marketing profitability and service reporting and other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
∎ Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity.
∎ Maintain proper KPI target/ratio.
∎ Must have individual new buyer sourcing capacity.
∎ Involvement in meetings: attends pre-production meeting and ensure that important points are discussed at meeting.
∎ Must have good relation with reputed buyers.
∎ Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations.
∎ Having handling capacity above 50 tons knit fabric dyeing, all over & yarn dyeing fabrics etc.
∎ Discussion: With other internal team members (like merchandisers, fabric manager, and quality manager, cutting team, planning, IE team & store, etc.) for smooth and efficient production.
∎ Facilitate order pursuits and prepare development samples and costing sheets.
∎ Understand and follow customer procedures for order fulfillment.
∎ Individual communication capacity efficiency with buyer all over the source and raw materials booking and delivery.
∎ Plan and follow up external factories for timely shipment.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be capable to procure good order.
∎ In-depth knowledge of fabrics, trims & accessories.
∎ Must have capacity of marketing as per requirement of factory at least 3 to 6 months in advance.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead the team & motivate officers and staff.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a specific time-frame.
∎ Should be good in planning and analytical skills.
∎ Should be good team player, well organized, self-initiative and detail oriented.
