Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare salary payment sheet, over time payment sheet, festival bonus payment sheet, holiday allowance payment sheet, annual leave encashment sheet, mobile allowance payment sheet.
∎ To prepare final settlement sheet of separation/resign employees with all payment and dues (in favor of employee & company) with proper documents and take approval from higher authority.
∎ All employees leave data maintain and yearly leave assigned to individual employees for encashment.
∎ To maintain all employees data (General information, personal information, Educational information, work information, Training information, Family information etc.) to KORMEE SOFTWERE and update as and when required (fully operate KORMEE).
∎ Employee's daily attendance status checkup (register, card &time machine), Monthly attendance status report analysis.
∎ Fully responsible for employees ID card, Visiting Card and bank account.
∎ Prepare personal file with Personal Information, Joining Letter, Appointment Letter & inheritor papers and also fill up salary/ wages fixation form and take it approval from higher authority.
∎ Conduct interview for selection and prepare offer letter and appointment letter for selected candidate and take approval from higher authority.
∎ To maintain rules and regulation of employees compensation & benefits forwarding purpose.
