∎ Located 40 miles north of Dhaka, Haileybury Bhaluka will have its inaugural batch of students joining in August 2023.
∎ We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the positioning and development of the premium Haileybury brand.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Possess a strong understanding of target markets and develop a compelling communication strategy to reach out to and convert prospects.
∎ Be highly adept at building networks within schools, student communities, school heads, senior school counselors, coaching institutions, recruitment agencies and other prospects.
∎ Ability to coordinate with other departments to jointly build and develop various promotional campaigns for the school.
∎ Ability to communicate with various high-level national and international stakeholders.
∎ Be ready to travel anywhere in Bangladesh as per the school policy.
∎ Be active in educational exhibitions, fairs, seminars and other promotional related duties as deemed necessary.
∎ To be responsible for regular update/improvement of digital & traditional media strategy for Haileybury Bhaluka.
∎ Assist & oversee the generating of the content of and maintain all media (digital & traditional) channels of Haileybury Bhaluka.
∎ Define most important digital & traditional media KPIs for the school.
∎ Measure the success of every marketing campaign.
∎ Work with the school team to ensure marketing content (e.g. social media content) is informative and appealing.
∎ To be the main point of contact for other departments if they generate any branding/marketing materials.
∎ To run marketing/media advertising campaigns.
∎ Respond and engage with customers (i.e. parents and children).
∎ Identify and react in a timely nature to tactical opportunities.
∎ Drive engagement on our marketing/media platforms.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge of digital & traditional media platforms.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge of social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram), YouTube and LinkedIn for brand awareness and impressions.
∎ Must have of understanding of SEO (search engine optimization).

∎ Self-starter who can meet ambitious admissions targets
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ High level IT skills
∎ Strong communication skills: high proficiency in written and spoken English
