∎ Haileybury Bhaluka is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campus Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our beautiful, state-of-the-art campus. The Campus Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the school`s facilities are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to the well-being and growth of our students and staff.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilities Management: Supervise and coordinate all campus maintenance and repair activities.
∎ Regularly inspect facilities to identify and address maintenance and safety concerns.
∎ Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for all campus buildings and grounds.
∎ Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and visitors by implementing and enforcing security protocols.
∎ Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.
∎ Manage security personnel and liaise with local authorities as necessary.
∎ Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual budget for campus maintenance and improvement projects.
∎ Efficiently allocate resources and seek cost-effective solutions for maintenance and repairs.
∎ Vendor and Contractor Management: Identify, select, and oversee contractors and service providers for maintenance and construction projects.
∎ Negotiate contracts and ensure that work is completed to the school's standards and timeline.
∎ Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and promote sustainability initiatives to reduce the school's environmental impact.
∎ Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and waste reduction.
∎ Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff and other relevant personnel.
∎ Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism among the campus maintenance team.
∎ Communication and Reporting: Maintain open communication with school leadership, staff, and faculty regarding campus operations.
∎ Provide regular reports on maintenance and facility-related matters.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in campus management, facilities management, or a related role.
∎ Knowledge of safety regulations, sustainability practices, and maintenance best practices.
∎ Budget management and financial acumen.
∎ Ability to adapt to a diverse and inclusive educational environment.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
