∎ Must be graduated from any reputed University.
∎ At least Five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required.
∎ Experience on working with D2C brands operating in omnichannel will be an added advantage.

Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing)

Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Our D2C platform is www.myaura.xyz. The recruited person needs to drive the business of products & brands of these platforms and upcoming ones. Our approach is digital-first and after generating demand via digital, we take brands to the retail channels.
∎ Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
∎ Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas to reach new market segments and expand market share.
∎ Segment-wise (Quarterly & Annually) forecasts, drafts, implements and oversees the department's operating budget.
∎ Ensure strong strategies for all channels including Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications and Creative, Events, Social presence, Web activities etc.
∎ Directs and implements the organization's advertising and promotional campaigns based on market research & TG market analysis.
∎ Collaborate with the team in monitoring, reporting, design branding, positioning and budgeting strategies.
∎ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost up branding including acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.
