• Master of Professional Marketing (MPM) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• At least 10 years

• Age 38 to 50 years

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel internationally as needed.

• New Buyer & Market Development
• Identify and develop new international buyers and markets.
• Collaborate with the merchandising and planning team to ensure alignment with production feasibility and margins.
• Capacity Planning & Factory Utilization
• Work closely with production planning to ensure optimal factory loading.
• Forecast marketing strategy based on production capacity and seasonal trends.
• Brand Image & Communication
• Ensure consistent and professional communication with buyers and stakeholders.
• Develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content aligned with buyer expectations.

Team Leadership

• Manage and develop the marketing team to ensure high performance.
• Set and track KPIs, reporting regularly to senior management.
• Strong buyer network in Europe, the USA, or Japan (below are preferred).
