∎ Training/Trade Course: Terry towel,Yarn dyeing,Composit textile

Job Context:
∎ Breakdown Maintenance Time and Frequency Minimization.
∎ Lower Down Re Do or Re Work %
∎ Cost Reduction based on inventory management and minimize breakdown.
∎ Preventive Maintenance Activities.
∎ Utilization of Stock parts with keeping minimum spare parts inventory.
∎ Minimize external support based on spare parts repair including Motor, Inverter, And Electronic Cards and so on.
∎ Minimum lead time for Bill Submission and Accounts related liabilities clearance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report all Daily Activities to designated supervisor.
∎ Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
∎ Keep maintenance logs and reports on daily activities.
∎ Monitor and control expenses, spare parts inventory and budget.
∎ Ensure functionality plan for repair and installation with proper allocation of workload and supervise.
∎ Schedule, train, supervise and motivate employees of maintenance department.
∎ Communicate with Head Office in the manner Spare Parts for Breakdown and Periodical Maintenance.
∎ Prepare purchase requisition with proper information and ensure specific sample for purchase officer.
∎ Ensure strong communication with the entire department for better understanding and quick solution for any kind of problems.
∎ Follow up all audit requirements in term of documentation, machine maintenance, and safety issues.
∎ Lead a team to rectify all mechanical and electrical issues.
∎ Supervise all activities of co-workers for both mechanical & electrical departments..
∎ Identify and troubleshoot all mechanical and electrical problems.
∎ Monitor & handle electrical safety of the full factory.
∎ Monitor the PA and fire control system of the factory.
∎ Ensure health & safety policies are complied with requirements.
∎ Must stay in Factory dormitory Six days in a week / Management written approval copy attach.
∎ Additional responsibility to maintain the following parameters for providing necessary assistance of compliance in his working area:
∎ Ensure all aisles are free from obstacles.
∎ Ensure all fire equipments are free from obstacles.
∎ Ensure all electrical D.B and Panel boards are free.
∎ Ensure P.P.E for all subordinates and confirm use of those.
∎ NOTE: Any others allocated duties in future from higher authority.
