- Age At most 52 years
- Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Class/Division.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in deposit marketing preferably in reputed banks with 3 years’ experience in similar position
- Solution oriented and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and contribute ideas
- Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable
- Excellent business communication skills with effective sales acumen and strong interpersonal relationship
- Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities & Context:
- Developing and implementing inclusive strategies for achieving assigned deposit mobilization target within deadline
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing deposit marketing team
- Monitor and evaluate market trends, interest rates and competitive position to take strategic decision
- Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers and other stakeholders for fund management
- Develop strong customer base throughout the country by utilizing organizational and technological strengths
- Lead new business ventures and plan approaches and market entries
- Develop sales strategies for product channels and managing existing portfolio health
- Create opportunities for signing Payroll business agreement
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business through regular customer visits and industry research
- Help and organize sales promotions (campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc.) in co- ordination with the BM/BOM & other sales channels
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures of competent authorities
