Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree from any recognized University (LLM/ LLB preferred)
∎ Land Survey Training preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team members to achieve department objective.
∎ Communication with Registration department & accomplish various types of deeds & documents, mutation, miss-case and land related issues.
∎ To file cases against money defalcation of the Organization if necessary, monitoring and follow up all the cases as well.
∎ Proper maintenance of files & documents relating to land affairs confidentially.
∎ Proper maintenance of all documents by computerizes.
∎ Maintain Land Purchase Procedure.
∎ Maintain Mutation Procedure.
∎ Willing to do office at project site (When necessary)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 08 (Eight) years' direct experience in Land Acquisition & project management.
∎ Incumbent should have proper knowledge to handling all kinds of legal matters of the Organization.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiable & leadership skill, honesty, proactive, hardworking and ability to calm under pressure.
∎ Good computer skill in MS office, mail & internet browsing etc.
∎ Ability to take decision based on judgment is essential.
