JSK Group is a diversified business conglomerate engaged in healthcare, diagnostics, transport, and capital market services across Bangladesh.
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of IT to lead the group’s overall information technology strategy, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and digital transformation across all concerns — including Sara Hospital & Diagnostic, Sara Express, Benemoy Securities Limited, and others.
The position requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and strategic thinking to ensure efficient, secure, and innovative IT operations throughout the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and execute the IT strategy of JSK Group in alignment with business objectives.
Oversee IT operations for all group concerns, including hospital, diagnostics, transport, and brokerage divisions.
Manage and maintain all network systems, servers, and IT infrastructure.
Ensure data security, backup systems, and cybersecurity compliance across all platforms.
Supervise and guide IT teams, developers, and technical support personnel.
Manage software implementation, ERP systems, and automation projects for group concerns.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and system integration.
Monitor website, email hosting, and digital platforms of all business units.
Support management with IT budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting.
Implement data privacy, access control, and IT audit standards.
Provide technical support to Head Office and branch offices across the country.
Lead the digital innovation and modernization initiatives for JSK Group.
