Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, CSE, or related field
Strong knowledge of trading systems, OMS, back-office software, and networking
Experience in server management, database administration, and cybersecurity
Prior leadership or managerial experience will be highly preferred

Responsibilities & Context:
Benemoy Securities Ltd. is a reputed Broker House in the Capital Market, operating in the Share Bazar with a strong focus on secure trading, technology-driven operations, and investor confidence. To strengthen our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth, secure, and compliant operations, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT.
Lead and manage the overall IT department and strategy
Ensure smooth operation of trading software, back-office systems, and network infrastructure
Maintain and secure servers, databases, and IT assets
Ensure data security, cybersecurity, and compliance with regulatory requirements (BSEC, DSE/CSE where applicable)
Coordinate with software vendors, ISPs, and hardware suppliers
Oversee system upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting
Support trading floor, branch offices, and management with IT solutions
Develop IT policies, SOPs, and risk management controls
Lead and train IT team members
