∎ Minimum B.Sc. in CSE/EEE or IT-related fields from any reputed university.

∎ Professional Certification regarding IT Infrastructure & information security is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead a team and ensure alignment goals with the larger goal of the organization to manage core network, server, cloud and storage etc.
∎ Design and implement short and long-term strategic plans to make sure network, server and storage capacity meets existing and future requirements.
∎ Manage and ensure optimal operation of all network hardware and equipment, including firewall, routers, switches, server, storage, PC, UPS etc.
∎ Oversee and manage staff members of infrastructure systems.
∎ Allocate and monitor overall team workload.
∎ Ensure and oversee end user support is running smoothly including senior management.
∎ Develop and implement procedures for effective DB security to ensure that organizational data is secure by implementing proper Backup and restore procedures.
∎ Adhere to the process of Information Security best practice & regulatory guideline with the division.
∎ Manage and ensure ISO 27001 & PCIDSS requirements.
∎ Maintaining a strong understanding of the organization's business needs and working closely with other departments to ensure that IT is aligned with those needs.
∎ Ensuring that the organization's IT policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with industry standards and company regulations.
∎ Managing the IT budget and ensuring that expenses are in line with the organization's financial goals.
∎ Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and developments in IT operations management.
∎ Assess system performance and recommend improvements.
∎ The main purpose of Head of IT Infrastructure role is to oversee Bank’s various core networks, system, storage and security solutions. Person is responsible for ensuring the organization, infrastructure and analyzing infrastructure as proficiently as possible, while always upholding agreed-upon service and security standards.
